The third element of our SmartBeam monitoring service is a smart home system consisting of wireless sensors, which allows you to monitor the temperature of the accommodation live, indicate if doors or windows are left open after the guest leaves, or send an alarm if someone is smoking in the apartment.

Our smart home service is designed specifically for hosts to simplify everyday operations, increase guest comfort, and reduce unnecessary costs.

The main element of the system is the SmartBeam HUB WiFi Hotspot indoor unit, which consists of a unique WiFi router to which SmartBeam cameras and smart devices connect.

Our system offers the following key tools, among others:

  • A smart temperature monitor that allows you to remotely monitor temperature and humidity levels, saving energy. This way, you can always ensure that your guests are comfortable without overspending on heating or cooling.
  • Smoke detector that sends an immediate notification in the event of an alarm, guaranteeing the safety and peaceful rest of guests.
  • A water leak detector that detects pipe breaks or leaks in time, thus avoiding more serious damage and repair costs.
  • Opening sensor that indicates the status of open windows and doors.
